All of our body shapers are made with a unique material that remembers the shape of the first user's body. This means that once a body shaper has been worn and shaped to a user's body, it cannot be returned or resold. For the best experience of Reus Research customers, we cannot accept returns on any of our body shaper products.

We strongly recommend that you carefully review the product description, size chart, and any other relevant information before making a purchase to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please don't hesitate to contact us before making a purchase.

Exchange

At Reus Research, we believe in providing our customers with the best possible experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange.

On Reus Research's duty:

1. Reus Research will be responsible for any faulty, damaged, broken, defective, soiled or wrong items, and wrong color items.
