RETURN
We at Reus Research are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We gladly accept product returns. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and with the original packaging intact.
Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase when initiating your return. Do not return the product directly to the manufacturer.
Customers will be responsible for shipping costs at most once, including returns. We never charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Exchange
At Reus Research, we believe in providing our customers with the best possible experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange.
On Reus Research's duty:
1. Reus Research will be responsible for any faulty, damaged, broken, defective, soiled or wrong items, and wrong color items.
2.Please send a clear picture of the problem to support@getreusresearch.com, after confirming it is our fault, we will resend to customers.
